2. Hook your reader right from the first line.

Your opening sentence should feel like it was crafted just for them—something that makes them stop scrolling.

My formula: problem + curiosity.

For instance, for this post I chose: “Some days, it felt like I was shouting into the void.” Because that was exactly my pain.

💡 Write three potential hooks before you start drafting your post. Choose the one that grabs your attention first. (I always look back into my own inbox and see what headers hooked me into opening them… then base yours on the same strategy).

3. Start with a story, finish with strategy.

People remember stories, but they take action based on clarity.

Begin with a personal struggle, failure, or breakthrough, then shift into actionable steps. I share my growth journey not to boast, but to illustrate what works and what doesn’t—and exactly how you can apply it too.

• Explain how you approached it.

• Offer 1–3 concrete tactics your readers can try immediately.

4. Optimize for scanning and mobile reading.

Short paragraphs, bold key points, and bullet lists make your content accessible. Most readers skim—make it easy for them to find value in 30 seconds.

5. Give value, then hint at what’s next.
